In 2023, Studio Khonsu traveled 170km above the Arctic Circle to Lapland for the annual return of the Strive Challenge. Our head photographer, Adam, along with an adventurous crew faced ‘The Deep Winter’ with well below -30°C temperatures, waist-deep snow, untouched forests, Northern Lights. The crew biked, skied and half-marathoned across frozen rivers, fells, national parks, and mountains for Strive’s Charity Challenge.

The magic captured on this trip, in the snow-covered trees, lit up northern, starry skies and the conversations on education in the warm cabins was truly something to behold for Adam as a photographer but also as someone passionate about something much much bigger than them. It was a privilege to travel here and snap up shots of the beautiful environment and returning faces of Strive.
