Each year Studio Khonsu is brought in to photograph the Strive Challenge. Personability along with our hard work ethic is some of the positive feedback our clients provide us with. These are some of the many reasons we are a go-to for such assignments.
The Strive itself is a great metaphor for change and achievement, participants being faced with physically gruelling challenges, such as climbing mountains and cycling across deserts, as we are in life, in education, the strive shows us how to face and take on life's challenges. This adventure throws up so many epic and emotional moments that we were brought into capture and helped share with the world. Never missing a key moment in The Strive, we have been invited back year after year to photograph this event.

A momentous journey, beginning in Zermatt, the Swiss Alps. A group of avid explorers hiked through arduous terrain and weather conditions to reach the Italian Alps. From here they cycled the length of Italy, covering huge distances and various different landscapes. Finally reaching the port town of Messina on week four, the group then swam the infamous Messina Strait in order to reach the Mediterranean island of Scilly. The final stretch of cycling took the team to the foot of Mt.Etna where they endured a marathon to the meeting point of where their final challenge would begin. A summit of Mt.Etna.
Six weeks of epic adventure and endless emotional and physical challenges, this was an assignment where moments could not be missed. Big Change hired our lead photographer Adam so that no instant was missed and someone was on board that could endure the physical and mental challenges that such a photo assignment can present.

This Strive Challenge began in the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. A combination of cycling and kayaking got the team to the neighbouring island of Corsica. Here we endured the famous GR7 route, Europe’s most beautiful yet challenging hike. A day sailing to Monaco took us to mainland Europe and from here it was straight cycling until we reached the Alps. A week of hiking led us to the world renowned mountain town of Chamonix. It was from here where the team climbed Western Europe's highest Mountain, Mt.Blanc.
